How Does 1-on-1 Online Programming Work?
Initial Assessment
Success hinges on a tailored program. Here’s how we’ll proceed:
Consultation Call: We'll explore your goals, focusing on your deeper "why" for a lasting program. You can also ask any questions!
Systems Review: Before designing your program, we'll assess your current abilities and background, including health and training experiences, to identify effective and ineffective elements. Recognizing supports and limitations is crucial.
Customized Training Program
Using your initial assessment, I’ll create a program delivered through an app that will:
Be tailored to your goals, preferences, supports, and constraints.
Evolve as you progress, with adjustments in strategies and movements to ensure continuous advancement.
Offer guidance through various resources so you’re clear on the program.
Support Systems
Each program includes two key support systems:
Weekly Check-ins: These provide accountability and allow for adjustments to your program as needed.
Messaging Support: Alongside our meetings, you can message me with any questions that arise throughout the week (within the same app)
