Hey, I’m Tatjana- but feel free to call me Tat.
It is SO nice having you here!
I’m a certified strength and conditioning coach, registered massage therapist, entrepreneur, and outdoor enthusiast. With nearly a decade of experience in fitness, I’ve worked with everyone from professional athletes to busy parents—helping each person overcome their unique challenges and get closer to their goals.
What I’ve learned along the way is that the biggest obstacle people face in fitness and health isn’t lack of time or motivation, but the overwhelming confusion caused by conflicting advice in the fitness world. I’ve been there myself—trapped in decision paralysis, trying different meal plans and workouts with little progress. It wasn’t until I simplified my approach and focused on consistent, proven principles that I saw lasting results.
That’s the foundation of everything I do as a coach.
My Story
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by how many exercise and nutrition choices there are, I get it—because I’ve been there too.
In university, trends and fads were everywhere, but they all overpromised and underdelivered. I tried a few and they didn’t get me to my goals of being stronger, and changing my body composition to what I wanted. It was SO frustrating and discouraging.
I was already pursuing a degree in kinesiology at the time, so I started turning to my education for guidance. I stopped chasing quick fixes and started focusing on the fundamentals. My training wasn’t glamorous or exciting, but it worked. It made me stronger, improved my endurance, changed my body composition, and—most importantly—it allowed me to live a more active and injury-free life.
That experience inspired me to pursue a career in human performance. I know how overwhelming it can feel when there’s so much conflicting advice out there. That’s why my approach is to meet you where you are and tailor a plan that works for your unique needs. We won’t waste time on tiny details that promise small improvements if there’s a bigger, more effective change we can make first.
My goal is to help you cut through the noise, focus on what matters, and build the confidence and strength to take on life’s challenges—without frustration or burnout holding you back. Let’s work together to build a foundation of strength and confidence, so you can focus on living your best life.
